Shipping policy

Samori World is a travel gear guide. We do not sell, stock, pack or ship any products ourselves, so we do not process orders or send parcels. When you choose "Shop on Amazon" (or another retailer link), you leave our site and buy directly from that retailer, who is the seller and who delivers your order.

Delivery costs and times
Delivery options, costs, estimated delivery dates and the countries a retailer delivers to are shown by the retailer on its product page, at its checkout and in your order confirmation. They can vary by product, seller and location.

Tracking and delivery problems
For tracking, delays, lost parcels or changes to a delivery, please use your order page with the retailer (for Amazon: Your Orders) or contact the retailer's customer service. We cannot track, change or redirect orders because we do not handle them. For questions about this website, email shopify@samori.net.

Customs, duties and taxes
If a retailer delivers outside the UK, any customs charges, duties or taxes are set out by the retailer at checkout.
