1. Who we are

This website (shop.samori.net, the "Site") is operated by Samori Ltd, trading as Samori World ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17363551. You can contact us at shopify@samori.net.

The Site is powered by Shopify. By visiting or using the Site you agree to these Terms of service and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What this Site is

Samori World is a curated product recommendation and affiliate site. We do not sell, stock, ship or invoice any of the products shown, and we do not take payment on this Site. When you select a "Shop on Amazon" button (or a similar button) you are taken to a third-party retailer, currently Amazon, where the purchase is made.

Any purchase is a contract between you and that retailer, and is governed by the retailer's own terms, prices, delivery, returns and privacy practices. We are not a party to that contract.

3. Affiliate disclosure

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Some links on the Site are affiliate links: if you buy through them we may earn a commission from the retailer at no extra cost to you. Commissions do not change the price you pay.

4. Product information, prices and availability

We try to keep product descriptions, images and details accurate, but they are provided for general information, may be supplied by third parties and may change without notice. Prices, offers, stock and delivery times are set by the retailer and may differ from anything shown on the Site. Please check the retailer's page before you buy. Product names, brands and images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products recommended.

5. Orders, delivery, refunds and returns

Because purchases are made with the retailer, orders, payment, delivery, cancellations, refunds, returns and warranty claims are handled by the retailer under its own terms. 6. Using the Site

We may restrict or suspend access at any time where reasonably necessary.

The Site's design, text and original content belong to Samori Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or republished without our written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Third-party trademarks and images remain the property of their owners.

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices, and you use them at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we do not give warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from products bought from third-party retailers. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site, with its "Last updated" date, applies from the date it is posted. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute connected with the Site are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
